Mauna Loa is a BBQ trailer equipped with a 5 foot bbq and smoker for the gourmet cook, uses either wood or briquets. It has a service window, 3 basin sink, hot water heater for on demand hot water with 18 gal tank, storage space for coolers. It can operate as a bbq trailer also can operate as a pop up bar utilizing food or beverage service window
